Why I'm Starting This
Three things I love are my family, good times and golf.
The Gentlemen's Cup is my attempt to start a tradition that brings people together for one weekend every year. Family is why traditions matter to me. Golf gives us the reason to put the weekend on the calendar. The rest is about food, a few beers, funny stories, some competition and the kind of laughs you remember long after everyone heads home.
This is going to my friends first. If you pass it along to someone you think would add to the weekend, that is exactly what this site is for. I want one place where everyone can understand the idea and stay informed without filling your phone with endless group texts.
The goal is simple: come as you are, enjoy the competition, laugh often and help us build a tradition worth coming back to every year.

Not a one-off golf trip. The kind of annual weekend where the group photo means more every year, the stories get better and everyone already knows they want to come back.
Friday Night to Sunday Afternoon
The goal is a late-September estate within about a 2.5-hour drive, close to two great golf courses and private enough for the group to make the place its own.
Saturday
9 AM First Tee
Two Rounds. One Long Day.
A shuttle takes the group to the course for two competitive rounds with lunch in between. Back at the estate: college football, food, cornhole, funny stories and plenty of laughs.
Sunday
10 AM First Tee
The Final Round.
Everyone drives to a second course for the closing matches. The Cup is awarded after the round, and everyone heads home in time for Sunday meatloaf.
This is the working itinerary. Exact times will be confirmed with the estate and courses.
A Little Competition Makes It Better
The idea is a Ryder Cup-inspired team format that makes every round feel connected.
Depending on the final group and course setup, Saturday could include team formats such as Four-Ball and Alternate Shot, with Sunday finishing in individual matches.
Handicaps will keep it competitive across skill levels. Every match adds to one overall score, and one team leaves with The Gentlemen's Cup.
Enough competition to make the putts matter. Never so serious that we forget why we're there.

How do I become a member?
When the plans and pricing are firm, interested golfers can register and create a member profile. The separate membership interest form lets Kevin know you would like to be considered.
